Incentives & Payments Operations Specialist
Run incentive and reward payouts accurately for research participants, players and sales teams.
What you will do
- Process incentive claims and payouts
- Check eligibility and spot duplicates or misuse
- Reconcile payments and prepare reports
- Answer questions from participants and clients
- Help improve processes and controls
What you bring
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers
- Good Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Clear written English
- Experience in payments, finance or operations is a plus
- Living in Malta and able to work remotely from home
