Find and screen the right participants for market research interviews and surveys across Europe.
What you will do
- Recruit participants by phone, email and online channels
- Screen people carefully against project criteria
- Schedule interviews and send reminders
- Track quotas and report progress daily
- Coordinate participant incentives
What you bring
- Fluent English plus another European language
- Organised and persistent, with an eye for detail
- Comfortable on the phone with professionals
- Experience in recruitment, research or sales is a plus
- Living in Malta and able to work remotely from home
